Any manga where the female lead grows as a person WITHOUT having a guy to change her? I don't mind romance but i would like it if the main focus is more on the female lead's overall self improvement as a person and how she moves on or manages to succeed different problems life throws at her. TIA

Watamote - It takes awhile, and the journey is painful, but it really does become delightful. If you want to just trudge through as much as you can and then skip to the better parts, the turning point is
