The longest shounen-ai I ever read is Komatta Toki ni wa Hoshi ni Kike! with 26 volumes long. And I love from the same author: Super Lovers too. Is there any yaoi/shounen-ai manga with long volumes, more than ten at least? And the important thing is it will not make the reader feel bored.

No manhwa or manhua please...

There are not many long mangas out there 🙂 and I can only give you yaoi ones, because I am not really a fan of shounen-ai >< it's alwaaays a cliffhanger and not enough to get me satisfied! Anyways; Haru wo Daiteita has 14 volumes, not sure if you've read it cause I'm pretty sure the majority of BL fans has. The Tyrant Who Fall in Love has 9 Volumes, Sex Pistols (weird & funny but good) and has 6 Volumes, Junjou Romantica has 10 Volumes and Double Call has 11 Volumes.

And I apologize in advance but really..I gotta recommend you a Manhwa, Totally Captivated is great, beautiful art and story-line. I think it has 5 or 6 Volumes? and still on-going.
If you ever change your mind in the future please check it out 😀 it's really worth it.

I definitely agree with Junsou about Totally Captivated. Don't write it off just because its a Manhwa, its one of my favorites. Its got 6 volumes but i thought it was complete. It has an amazing story line with beautiful art. You should try it.

I agree with Totally Captivated. After the first 3-4 chapters it went from gag style to really interesting yaoi.

My favorite shonen ai is Sono Te o Dokero. The only problem is that it is super shonen-ai (no kissing or sex) but the relationship between the two cousins is great and there's lots of touching. <3 It's like a yaoi that's not a yaoi.

Yami no Matsuei actually has some nice romance and is incredibly interesting.

Aegis - 9 volumes, ongoing
Asterisk - 8 volumes
Jinjuu Houretsuden - 13 volumes
Hourou Musuko - 14 volumes, ongoing. Another sexual identity manga
G-Defend - 40 volumes, ongoing
The B.B.B. - 10 volumes
Hard Line - 8 volumes
Narcissus Black - 6 books series

Some of these are hardly scanlated, but it doesn't hurt to bring some light upon them so that more people would know about them/be interested, thus raising the chances of them being scanlated.

Gravitation - 12 vol.
FAKE - 7 vol.
Ze - 11 vol., looks like it's scanned to vol. 4. I haven't read this, but hear a lot about it.
Gorgeous Carat is 4 vol. plus spin-offs
Maiden Rose, 4 vol. ongoing
MIYAMOTO Kano does long multi-volume stories, but they aren't collected in sequential volumes. Hydra, Rules, etc.
When a Man Loves a Man by NIITA Youka, 9 vol. under various titles

Some classic shounen-ai:
Kaze to Ki no Uta - 17 vol.
From Eroica with Love - 39 vol. and ongoing, scans stalled at vol. 23, but trust me, it doesn't matter.
Patalliro! - ongoing at 89(!) vol., scanned to about vol. 12, but it also doesn't matter. Crack manga with shounen-ai subplot.
