I'm looking for a manga (I see this a lot in Josei but I'm open to other options) in which the male is in his 30s-40s and the girls is in her early-mid 20's. I'm hoping for this to be a more mature romance and relationship. 7+ years older would be great.

I'd prefer the women be in her early career/college but if there's a mature high school girl that likes an older guy that's fine.

Not really looking for teacher-student.

The only thing I've read that kind of applies to this is And (&) by Okazaki Mari which has been really good so far.

Maybe some of the suggestions I made from this thread can be what you're looking for.

Plus there is an age gap tag, an older male younger female tag, (and you can exclude student teacher relationship in your search on the advance search by genre page. )

How about Lip Smoke by NISHIKATA Mai? It deals with the relationship between a 32-year-old erotic novelist and his female high-school assistant. The male lead has a surprisingly childish naivety to him, and his female counterpart can be considered somewhat mature; she's both aloof and daring.

For further suggestions, have a look at the following threads (contain older posts of mine):

older couple

Large age gap romance, Ojisan-ish?
