This thread is in the "I'm looking for" section, so wrong section.......
I think this one should be in the General Manga section.
I read so much mangas, I'm too lazy to watch anime! 😛 😛 😛

I'm not too sure of what you mean by "most addictive manga," but I'm assuming that you're asking what manga I can't get enough of. In that case, there's a LOT of manga that I am/was addicted to. So here goes (in no particular order):
Monster (I finished the anime series (70+ episodes) in a couple of days
One Piece
Skip Beat
Skyhigh (and its sequels)
xxxHolic (I go crazy everytime it's released because of the cliffhangers)

IN A SPECIFIC ORDER ---- My favourites
1 Mirai Nikki - Amazing Yuno is awesome
2 Detective Conan - Got to love solving cases before Conan does. Ever believe that a manga stimulates the brain
3 Naruto - Its awesome it probably is the most well rounded manga in years
4 Rurouni Kenshin - Heck what to say amazing swordsman and way ahead of its time. I mean i t was created in 1997 and the drawing storyline feels like a 2000+ manga. A must read
5 Bleach - What the heck had to fit it in...
6 Suzuka ( Kimi no Iru Machi is kinda like this- the drawing but it is 2008 - ongoing)
Ignore the fact that i put 6 not 5.

To me a addictive manga is a manga that you can't stop reading and that means it must be a lot longer than some manga people list.
How addicitve can a few chapters be?
For me it has to span atleast a few volumes to be considered called addictive.
In order...
- Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro (I do a freggin happy dance when one comes out... okay jk but still)
- One Piece (Cuz its so freggin funny)
- GTO (Cuz Im in love.)
- Eyeshield 21 (Cuz Hiruma makes me go kyaaaaah)
- Basara (Cuz it's just plain addictin'.)
I really only consider mangas that haven't finished/not completly scanlated addicting. GTO is an exception cuz I'm 20 chapters away from being done.... Oh and Tokyo Crazy Paradise cuz it was actually a good shojo and Love Monster for who knows why. Haine probably...
Forever lurking...

One Piece - plot wise, Oda always throws something at you so unexpectedly. sure, there are times when nothing so big is goin' on, but thats just to throw you off guard. and i always look forward to the next big scene that'll make me cry.
BECK - their road to fame, especially lately, feels like a powerful tale to tell. and you gotta love it when some super famous band/ artist got their ass handed to them by an underdog. plus, the romantic tension between Maho and Koyuki just tickles my heart too much.
Blade of the Immortal - kick ass artwork? check! diversive characters? check! great story? check! something always seems to happen in every chap, whether they be big or small.
Dogs: Bullets and Carnage - i just like the uber purdy pictures. it has a story, but damn, the artwork! oh Miwa Shirow. can you not draw more pages?
Hyakkiyakou Shou (sp?) - every chapter is a different story. sure, you get the same set of characters plus a few extras, but you gotta love the fact how there are 2 sides, even 3 sides to the story.
