The only one I could think of is Sokkuri Mate, a short story.
Could you name some series you've read with such features? Maybe that could help people suggest more titles!

Kamichama Karin would be an example. Their hair, eyes (almost), and their stature are all almost the same. Gives off the cute effect. They don't have to be spot on perfect, nor do their personality have to effect what you can suggest for me. Anything can do

Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou? I find by the end they look pretty similar but maybe that's just me. It's not really a cutesy style though.
