Hmm.. this seems like a somewhat common theme for shoujo manga... but I can't think of many specifically besides what you mentioned, except Ai Hime, which is a very well-done manga in general and seems like something you'd enjoy if you haven't read it yet. Kare Kano has a small portion like this too, but it's not a huge focus of the series (still a great—and long—series, though)

This on might fit ur description, although it has a hint of smut, so far the manga kept it at a minimal level. It won't be a surprise though if later chapter has smut scene. So check it out 🙂

Yoru Made Matenai - The only reason i can stand it is cause there wasn't too much smutty scene.

Faster Than a Kiss - More like the girl are pushing for sex rather than the guy, quite funny this one, it's more like an innocent love story

*You mentioned that no smut so how come Hot Gimmick which for me is like the mother of all smutty manga 😕
