Hi all! I am looking for two seinen mangas I haven't read in a while. The first is about a male college student in an Onsen club that falls in love with a senpai member. The guy's nickname is granpa because of his rigid personality and old man like tastes. Anyway senpai likes him but they don't hook up cause he jumps into a relationship with an old high school friend after mistaking that his senpai got back with her former senpai crush returning from a long overseas trip.
The second is about a salaryman working in a cosmetics company and falls in love with his senpai who graduated from his university. He meets a high school looking woman suffering from a disease that causes her to reverse age into girl unless she gets regular supply of special enyzimes from him thru kissing. Unfortunately for him this all happens just as he hooks up with his senpai and in cue the chaos.

I really want to resume reading these mangas so looking forward to any help I can get. Thanks!

Just found the name of the manga about the aging illness called Sakuranbo Syndrome, so only need the name for the other
