I'm not looking for anything specific, but if they fit the points below, I'd love to hear your suggestions! eyes

+ Girls look 16+, it's annoying when they're supposed to be teenagers but are drawn to look like they're 6. no
+Normal sized boobs, not the melons-bursting-out-tight-tops kind of manga
+New relationship rather than a couple that's been together for a while
+Story driven, has to be more than just: too shy to confess -> confession -> sex -> end.
+Fantasy/school setting preferrably
+No violence or rape

maybe Candy (SUZUKI Yufuko) would be a good place to start? but then again i don't read much yuri to know whats good and whats not ^-^' i'll come back if i know any more.

Stray little devil < forget how old characters are, unfortunately they do sort of look like kids but the story is one of my favorites

Otsu Hiyori's works are really cute too, but most of them are shoujo-ai. Try Clover (OTSU Hiyori).

Not so bad shoujo-ai/yuri manga I have read lately:

Shoujo-ai:
Ebisu-san to Hotei-san, new relationship
Asagao to Kase-san., school setting, new relationship, BUT not so sure about "girls look 16+"

Yuri:
Cirque Arachne not fantasy, but has this ~fantasy feeling~, new relationship
