It's been so long since I've watched any anime the only real catchphrase I can think of is "Sit Boy!" and "mada mada dane."

well, I will add to the general consensus of
Nodame cantabile -Gyabo!
and Naruto - Dattebayo!(I do love Naruto's seiyuu)
and Gintama - Katsura: "It's not 'Zura,' it's Katsura." (I love Akira Ishida!!)
and I guess in zero no tsukaima- Butto bas! (or something like that- you know "I'll Kill you!"
though I dont like that anime so much..
