This one is really funnnnny! It's about an elementary girl, loving a 15years old. The heroinne is not weak and she's trying her best to get the guy attention. She fell many times but still trying and that's why I think she's adorable (for the guy that may be what people call by annoying). All in all, highly recommended!

Limited Lovers is pretty good and I also want to add some more:
Glass Mask by Suzue Miuchi.
It's a masterpiece and one of the very first manga that I read BUT... it's not finish yet until now (discontinued). It's about acting and that is really really great stuff if you want to read it.

Kya~ I second it! It's a great and cute story!
I also recommend Ten no Ryuu Chi no Sakura.
The girl isn't whiny nor stupid/dense. The characters are all lovable!

Kingyo Sou - The age gap isn't big, High School Student with University Student. The main focus is him and his girlfriend's struggles to keep the relationship going even though he's deaf. Greatly recommended, I cried in every chapter.

Also you have Seiten Taisei - High-School girl and teacher, the girl has an eccentric personality, the teacher is a bit weird...it's not a masterpiece, but it's interesting 🙂

It's about a 19 year old girl whose parents pass away and she ends up living with a very distant relative, a 30-something year old author with some mental health issues (they don't really say exactly but he's very dark and reclusive). Its a very sweet story.
