I've read way too manga shoujo with love triangles to count, but Hana Yori Dango, Skip Beat and most Korean Shoujo manhwa are just the ones you might been looking for, I guess.
I read so much mangas, I'm too lazy to watch anime! 😛 😛 😛

I happen to hate love triangles and lots of jealousy as well but I've read plenty of manga with them so here we go:
-Power This one is funny as hell. The jealousy stuff comes up at the end of volume 4.
-Tenshi Ja Nai!! Izumi seems annoying and mean at first but I really like him later on.
- H³ School! Its really funny. :3
-Moe Kare!!: Kinda smutty but not that much.
Oh and I second Replay. That one is really good.
If you really like drama, jealousy, and love triangles then I agree with checking out Peach Girl and Hana Yori Dango. The art for HYD doesnt look good at first but it gets better.

I don't hate love triangles but its better when the girl likes the guy and the guy is a total jerk, then another boy comes and starts liking the girl and the guy gets jealous, thats the only time I don't hate love triangles

I used the advanced search for shoujo mangas with love triangles in them, and excluded ecchi, yaoi, shounen ai, fantasy, sci-fi etc because I assume you're just looking for a typical shoujo manga with love triangles?
