Hi guys!

What I'm looking for is a manga/manwha/web cartoon about a male/female MC who is holding back for reason such as not wanting to scare people.He or She is then underestimated but is in fact incredibly powerfull (power or just physical or smart) , to the edge of overpowered.

If possible,I'd prefere it to be set in a school context since it makes things easier.

Either you havent see alot mangas/anime or you didnt pay attetion to the few(or many) that you saw i have saw some mangas/anime with both MC and some side characters with that trait sadly i cant remember them right now unless i skim through my anime/manga list .

A lot mangas are about the characther being unaware about his secret power but in your case you want a MC that is aware that is pretty much OP in something and hides the fact.

I remember Chrono Crusade , Chrono is holding his real power/form not because he doesnt want to scare people but for a better reason , that is the only manga/anime that i remember right now that kind of fit at least in the part of the MC being secretly powerful/OP but no school setting on this one , sorry

Angel Densetsu The MC plays with these tropes. Everyone is scared of him for the wrong reasons, but a few foes discover his real personality and underestimate him... to their peril.
Mob Psycho 100 The MC is often like that and doesn't like to use his abilities or he'll become berserk and might hurt people.
Saint Oniisan Played for laughs here. Jesus and Buddha in modern Japan.
