Well once the love triangle is included, it isn't something requires much searching to find in shoujo. 🤣

I recommend Merupuri since there is a triangle at least for the first volume and it's a good, fun manga. And actually, a little later there is another, different triangle that happens in it.

And Tokyo Mew Mew shows up with a triangle, or even a double triangle, or is a it a triple triangle with Ichigo...? I think the Ryou and Ichigo pairing ends up being played up more in the anime though (I didn't watch more than 20 episodes of the anime (so far), but I see clips in AMVs that didn't happen in the manga).

Kimi wa Boku no Mono has this girl choosing between two brothers (sort of), and one is bare legal... That younger one really wants the girl.

Marmalade Boy has a few triangles and the anime has love hexagons and octagons. Mint na Bokura has the same idea too, and it's not a copy of Marmalade Boy, although a bit similar.
