My favorite seinen romances in no particular order are:
Mysterious Girlfriend X - Not finished but its already really good. Only 36 chapters out right now but I am psyched for more. The main girl is really weird it reminds me of Sundome but twice as good.
Unbalance x Unbalance is also good but its discontinued, I heard the manga author is redoing the whole thing as a manga instead of a manhwa.
Another good one is Onani Master Kurosawa which is completed. Very good although the plot of the story is what I would call unusual.

Anyway, my favorites still are Welcome to the NHK!, Emma, Sukima Suki, anything by Sahara Mizu, like Bus Hashiru and Hoshi no Koe (whoever mentioned these a few posts up deserves a plate of cookies with milk),
and Genshiken.
and Genshiken.
Welcome to the NHK! is shounen <= serialized in Shonen Ace. It has been mentioned more than once.
Thanks, but I knew that already. I actually realized this belatedly after I posted, but cba'ed to change it.

kamichu!
uta-kata (does shojo ai count?)
inumimi - i think this is the first seinen romance manga that i read
boku no futatsu no tsubasa
zero no tsukaima - not so much about the manga, i like anime though
Orange Yane no Chiisana Ie - by the same mangaka as yume de aetara, it's not completed, but i like how the story has progressed so far
me-teru no kimochi whether the ending was good was a bit debatable imo :/
actually i have a bunch of other series as well but they are all mentioned in the previous posts

Ah yes I love that one too.
I like romance stories where there is an actual physical relationship between the characters.
However, I don't like the type of stories where some of the characters have an obvious difficulty keeping their pants on. Problem is, a lot of romance stories where there is an acknowledgement of the existence of sex, one or more characters find it very difficult to keep their pants on.
Which is a reason why I disliked D-ASH (besides the main char being a total douche) and virgin na kankei (main char also douche, hmmm do I see a pattern)
I also like Koi wa Misoji wo Sugite kara so far.

I get your point for Virgin na Kankei, but D-ash was a different. The was a slut before he met the girl he fell in love with, he was pretty dedicated once they met again. He was a lot arrogant, but that's his character... He actually mellowed out a lot as the story progressed.
Here are some:
Girlfriend
Kirara <Interesting read....
IO <Interesting read, though the main guy is a little.... um.... slutty.
Gekkoh
REC
Umi no Misaki
Yuuhi no Ochiru Jikan
Dousei Recipe
Mel Kano
Natsu no Zenjitsu
Ichigo no Gakkou <Waiting for this one to finish... I really like it.
Aoi no Yuuwaku
KimiKiss - Various Heroines

Hmm pretty much everything of AMAZUME Ryuta is really great, just like Toshiue no Hito and Nana to Kaoru which are his best ones so far.
I agree that seinen that involve romance often have the problem that the protagonist is simply not faithful. I mean like in virgin na kankei, the protagonist finally gets a really really great girlfriend and the next thing he does is screwing around with other girls. Simply failed, but I still read it because I kinda ignore it because it's just eye candy and doesn't really have that much of an impact on the story.

If it doesn't impact the story much, and only serves as eye candy, I'd rather have him be less of an ass and screw anything willing to spread their legs long enough, and fill the space where used to be just pointless sex with random women with some more substantial story. but thats just me.
@firestalker; It was the sum of everything in that guys personality that made me hate him. I think I only got roughly halfway through before I was sick of it, so I can't really comment on the later parts though.
Anyway, I've got something else that popped into my head that I could post here.
pretty much anything by Fuuga I know that what he writes is hentai and all that, but really, I think it's just about as much as virgin na kankei and such series. Except, his characters tend to not screw around as much and the stories are actually pretty sweet. Right now I actually read his stuff not for the sex but for the stories, how wierd is that? It's like reading playboy for the articles.
