so I want a manga with a villain (not main char.), who you just have to love. He doesn't have to be good, with sad past, turning good or anything. Just a manga, where is an actual bad guy that you liked.
It just sometimes happens, that my favorite character is the bad guy and that's not really a bad thing.

examples:
akira - if you can say he was a villain, but let's say he was
monster - perfect example
Gargamel in the Smurfs
threads of time
most of the villains in Batman and other superheros comics
angel sanctuary maybe, depens on who is the villain

[m]Kokuhaku (KAWAGUCHI)[/m] Why? I don't want to spoil it, but this was one of the most amazing stories i have read.
QP is very interesting because the characters stories have some nice depth, the main villain, friends with the main hero, these words don't apply all that well here, feels justified and actually did what he did for the hero. All in all is a nice tale of badassery.
Aku no Hana The villain here is not a villain per se, more like a deeply troubled person verging on sociopathy. How she manipulates and mind breaks the main character is so evil to say the least. But you can also tell there's something else playing a big role, something that has not yet been revealed.

Dorohedoro! There really is no clear good/evil side but the guys who seem to be the worst are pretty likeable in my opinion.

Also, if Monster is "perfect example", MW is "perfect example predecessor" .

I was never a fan myself, but people seem to like Hyoubu of Zettai Karen Children. His rag-tag group of cohorts are more likable for me, however.

Any villain who successfully murders any of the heroines or hero(s?) in Infinite Stratos without magic asspull technology miraculously bringing them back to life, will yield a standing ovation from me.

Everyone loves/is gay for Sephiroth.

Pinocchio (and not only him) from Gunslinger Girl.
Askeladd from Vinland Saga.
Lucy (and not only her) in Elfen Lied, if you consider her a villain.
The black bat in Billy Bat. lol
Evangeline and Chao from Mahou Sensei Negima!. Do they count as villains?
And also I felt like that for some of the villains in Shiki, not everybody still.

I feel like Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro had some likeable bad guys... like X. ;D

Takasugi and Kamui from Gintama. I like the Varia from KHR... Tyki Mikk from DGM is pretty awesome too. Tsubaki from Bloody Junkie.

Any character with a characteristic of psychopathy, bloodlust, dual personalities, unmercifulness, and obsessiveness with destruction.

My favorite villain is from the beautiful and devious Yue-Lung (dubbed "The Moon that Rules Over the Darkness") from Banana Fish.
