Over 10 years have passed since the last translated chapter.
Sadly nobody picked this up and the original translator has no desire to continue it.

Chances for a publisher to license this are non existent aswell. Really unfortunate.

I think what makes the manga well known is its comedic situation and good dialogues. It is kind of light drama with no driving force except of the character's personality. But that's the good point. I like the clearly-shown naivete -well, maybe it is too unconvincing for most people-, and the lines of dialogue are delivered with good-timing and all of that fits in as a comedy of situational drama. I'm still reading it, but so far, there were no cliche condition that requires our sense to make some personal prejudice. I mean, so far I didn't disagree or hate all things going on in the story. Would love to see how interesting it can be.

I find this manga very interesting. But what I find most intereting is peoples reactions to it.

First let me say, just because you try to be nice all the time, it doesn't make you weak. If anything, I think it makes you strong. I try to be a good person, and try to make others happy to the best of my ability, but far to many times I find selfishness gets in the way. It's alot harder for me to be nice then to be mean.
Ok, maybe it's a bit unrealistic at times, but those that say that kindness isn't repaid obviously either isn't very kind themselves [so they won't know] or have been taken avantage of in the past and have grown pessimistic. Am I saying your kindness will always be repaid, no. But I find if youre nice to people, people in general will be nice back.

this guy is probably dead or something rofl, i remember reading his post a good year ago and giggled myself silly.

with that said, i think this is a fun story. i personally find it entertaining since the main character is just an all around nice guy. sure some things work a bit too easily but it's easy goin and it makes me smile.

hm... it really depends. I used to be a person who always said Yes. For example when I was younger and other children and me made picnics in the garden. Every time they asked me if I could get the food and the blanket. Doesn't that feel like being used after some time?

But there is also another side to being helpful. You feel much better if you are plus you can't judge all people over some examples. There are some really grateful and fair people out there who'll appreciate your thoughtfulness. It beats being gloomy and uninterested any time!

Nice manga, it's not really my kind of story but I enjoyed it any way. Perhaps because I lost my trust in people a bit

You guys think society is that horrible that good people will be abused and used?...how cruel and sad...You have no right to criticize if you think that way. If all people think like you then yeah the world is like what you say. But I believe that many times people are all trying to good things but many times there are misunderstandings, conflicts, etc. Try being good to all those around you, and see what will happen. Stop dreaming what can be and start doing. God.
(Well, that was kind of preachy, but seriously I hate you kind of people who only say how horrible it is and how being good will only get you killed. I rather be a stupid naive dumbass who is good, than a smart conniving bastard who uses people. This world is a lot bigger and nicer than you can imagine and even if it isn't what is the point of living if you're a complete douche? True you can become rich and all but for me that's boring...life is all about the excitement and drama being rich is only an extra)

Anyways, this manga is for me kind of boring. Because while it is about about person, the drama is kind of weak. But like others say it is refreshing for a manga.


You know what, I going to see if I am used...I will do it for a month. It can even be my new years resolution starting Jan. 09, whenever someone needs help I will help them and see if it truly is a bad thing. And whenever I see someone unhappy I will cheer them up no matter who they are. (hopefully I won't get killed!) I'll try to have the exact personality as him. For an entire month then I'll update this to show my findings. Let me see how cruel and unforgiving this world can really be!

i actually have met a person like that always doing good deeds and obedient and the people around her didn't use her i never knew why ??!!
but the weak people who don't have the intent to do anything but do it being afraid of people are the ones who gets used intent is what really matters

this is a great manga about a really nice guy. He succeeds not because he is nice, but because he is rewarded by getting all the luck (and chicks). He would be more successful if he was a coniving son of a gun, but then that defeats the point of this manga.

Seriously, if there's someone like this in real life, they'll be crushed in 5 seconds. However, that's what makes this manga sooo enjoyable, seeing good people being rewarded makes me wanna be good (only once in a while though)

It's fun and I enjoy it. But I have to tell you... someone like that in real life would only accomplish pissing me off. Try and make everyone that is around you happy (except for people you meet in brief encounters) all the time and all you'll do is annoy them.

Someone like that will end up used and abused there entire life. In the manga it is the opposite, and his acts of kindess are rewarded. I love seeing how things work out for him, where in reality they would probably be far different.

It's refreshing and it makes me smile.
