The male lead is hella Cool and Strong. Overall Plot is laid out nicely as well and the supporting characters are likable and play Major role in the events unlike some other series.

Would have love to read the Novel if someone is willing to translate it.

I don't know if it's the translation, the proofreading, or the author... but the dialogue is annoying.
The pacing and story structure isn't that great either.

The story is progressing pretty smoothly and the art looks good. Character development isn't insufficient nor rushed but moderately paced. The action could be a bit better but it makes up for it in story. Rain is a cool character and the war setting is very fitting. I look forward to more chapters of this.

I'm on chapter 6 right now. I'm honestly enjoying the story so far.
The main romantic pairing is pretty much set from the really beginning.
The sword fights are exciting, but nothing spectacular. The main guy, Rain, is an interesting character. He seems like a genius slacker at first impression, but I have an inkling that there's a lot more to his past than he lets on. His past must be very dark; he must be shouldering some deep dark secret. haha. I'm just guessing right now. There's not a lot to go on since there are only 6 chapters available so far.
The art is very nice. Typical shojo art, I think--but maybeee~ more on the high side.

I totally love this manga! Even though the theme is serious, there are lots of funny situations and it never gets too dark. And Rain, the main character, is a real joker!
