it isn't to higly praised! it isn't yaoi! the main girl isn't dumb!

I am very happy that I have read this manhwa. this manhwa brough tthe refreshness. I really liked that part. PPL keep saying that the shounen ai part was the most bad thing! oh why? I can say that i am an yaoi fan girl. But when I started to read this manhwa (a year ago) I wasn't into yaoi. So back then I wasn't into yaoi and still I loved that manhwa so much! I agree with arrha wanting the yaoi couple to be together. The author was smart to separate some ´shouen ai chapters with the real plot. but I still got the feeling she showed me a feeling like, no matter what you are or was, you can still find love. I have read this manhwa many times! so I like this manhwa very much.

oh and one more thing. I didn't rate this manhwa cause the class hot guy liked the ugly dumb girl. but that this manhwa was more like real for me. and funny. And when I say real meaning that those feelings are real! the end! My english sucks. but don't blame me!

I think that this manhwa is the Best manga without the Shounen-Ai story (it makes me sick), I read this manhwa many times and I filtered it, to read it without any problem XD.

I just read the first volume and I really don't understand what's appealing about this. It just looks to me like the poor girl got duped into an abusive relationship. Unless you're really into the S/M kinda genre, this isn't worth reading. I gave it a four just because I haven't read it enough to give it a full objective review.

I'm giving this manga a 7. It did manage to entertain me after all and kept me interested enough to want to read the last volume (despite the fact that I really did have to convince myself that reading vol. 6 is worth it.) The problem I had with this shoujo is probably the girl. I don't know if its just my preference, but I really can't just stand the girl in the latter volumes. Yep, she was cool and amusingly airheaded the first 2 volumes, but afterwards I just found her character constantly getting on my nerves. It seems to me that as the story progressed, she transformed into Miaka Yuuki (from Yuu Watase's FY anime/manga series) who by the way tops my Most-Hated-Female-Heroine-from-a-Manga/Anime. I mean I think she really was supposed to be a strong female lead but that was not really consistently portrayed because as their relationship progressed, she grew more needy and dependent on Seung Ha.

Spoiler (highlight to view)
An example, she thoughtlessly gets into a lot of strange and dangerous predicaments in the story (jumps over high walls, quarrels with her teachers and her male classmates which might show that to a certain extent she does not easily get scared or frightened. But she gets frightened almost immediately after a strike of lightning and calls up the main lead hysterically to come to her house in the middle of the storm!! I just didn't find that scene all too believable or amusing.

Contrary to one of the comments here, I found myself liking Jae Hee and Hyun Ho's relationship more. Because we the readers really are shown a view of how two men (who both starts out as heterosexuals) can actually find themselves falling in love with each other. And unlike in most Yaoi series where the romantic aspect of the relationship is foregone for the physical, (taking the easy way out) we really see the changes/growth of both characters, how they eventually realize it and afterwards settle the feelings they have for each other. (I also like that this drama did not venture into being a yaoi (e.g. Hyun Ho did not fall into the nuna's insinuation/suggestion) because then I may have afterwards doubted the 'genuine-ness' of their feelings for each other. I am not a shounen-ai/yaoi reader and truth be told, this is the first series where I actually rooted for the 2 men to be together so that must actually mean a lot in terms of how the author set up how the relationship would be like. Another redeeming factor I found is Nan-Woo's mother, because she is such a wonderful character. I really like her, she is the strong woman-character I was looking for in this series. Despite the fact that she's a loud and somewhat kooky character, she's the most sensible character in the whole of series. Next would be Hyun Ho. Overall, this is a pretty cliched storyline, and I would have stopped reading at Volume 2 if not for the amusing and lovable side characters and the great art.

read a couple of chapters and i immediately liked it. definitely addicting, you just can't stop reading and it really is funny. the art is awesome!! the plot is pretty interesting!

although i don't understand why it's rated as "Shounen Ai." The main chars. are girlXboy pairing although the girl may look like a boy.

Wahhh.. I'm scared of Seung-ha. To my experience couples fighting in manga falls on either extremes: one person in the couple is being abused or they both can fight and it's seen as comical. In this one, it kinda falls in the middle, leaning slightly towards scary abuse. The power balance is clearly on Seung-ha's side yet Nanwoo's not a total weakling, I'm interested to see how it's gonna play out (+ Nanwoo is freakin' hilarious).

i think people praised it too much
i spent one night finishing...i don't find the guy worth going after for...
He is too full of himself and constantly abuse the girl physically...i know it's for the humour but still sends out a wrong message...

Seriously, if there's a guy like that in real life, that girl really should avoid him cuz he's creepy....There is sth wrong with the girl if she still chase him........

While it has a fairly good sense of broad comedy, and Nan-Woo is amusingly airheaded and spastic, the pacing is very poor (it takes four chapters before the basic premise even kicks in) and Seung-Ha's total lack of redeeming features renders the series an anti-romance...which leaves it feeling kinda pointless and even somewhat mean-spirted as every chapter is about Seung-Ha bullying and taking advantage of Nan-Woo in some new way.

wow hot bishie haha i think this is the best manhwa i ever read. Since most manhwa usually too dramatic and boring, this one is very refreshing and funny. I like their relationship which not cheesy but u can tell that they're deeply in love. The bad thing about this comis is the shounen ai part. Since i'm not into it i'm getting sick LOL
