AMAZING

Most amazing thing I've ever read. I live for this kind of dark, creepy story. It has a similar atmosphere to a Grimm fairytale or a poem by Edgar Allen Poe. The series is full of symbolism too, even the characters' names. The art really beautiful too in a raw, emotive way, twisting reality of the pages. Like the creator's use of colors... Light pink lips, yellow blossoms scattered over the page, the red mailbox... It's really cool against the black and white. When I scroll down the page, I feel like I'm watching a paper puppet show, that's the style of this. As if a magician is telling the story. The webcomic layout is cool, specially with snowflakes and stars, it looks like they're moving. I'm new to webcomics, so it's a breath of fresh air to me. I love it.

I really don't do review on manga(manwha) i read, but this takes the cake. I haven't seen such artwork before, even though the artwork wasn't that good (like the guy's head) The Artist presented his work in a unique way, that i haven't seen in much stories these days.
Like in the first chapter the artist could of made Yun Ai's 10dollar bill, he could simply just draw it to the sky, but no, she didn't. Instead she played around it and made something interesting. It was something wasn't expecting, I just love this kind of art and i hope to see more.

Aside from art, the story is simply amazing as well. It touches my heart in a non-pedo way. My heart felt something that i haven't felt for awhile. I loved how the Magician is presented him self as a real Magician in the ending of chapter four. This is my first time saying this about a fictional but i want to see Yun AI smile.

I cant wait for the chapter

This manhwa is truly a masterpiece! an adult dont want to become an adult. The real world sure is rough, I'm too scare to step out of my dream land.
Even though he's not real magician, even though other people think he's psycho, to me, bringing dream to the girl, helping the boy release the storm inside him, making that boy not go to the same path as him, to me, he is the REAL magician!
.
We learn as hell to get into a uni, run everywhere to get a job, struggle everyday to live, get married when you reach a certain age, socialize with the society, to be obsessed by everyone's expectation ... Where in the world that you are yourself?
The moment when the boy's neck become normal, the time he break the spell that his parents cast on him, he bravely fighting for the freedom that R makes him realize, I'm about to cry. I don't have courage as him, I abandoned my dream to follow the path that my parents made up for me. But now I'm starting again, though nobody is on my side but i'm not give up. This manhwa has the same feeling of me!

.
Annarasumanara has a deep significance to me.
The art is beautiful! It'd be perfect if author mentioned more about R after that.

Before you know it this korean webtoon will have wormed its way magically into your heart. It has a lot of charm, and I'm not even talking about the amazing characters yet. The paneling is creative but meaningful! It is structured in a way that enhances the storytelling. The message that the manga is trying to convey is simple yet at the same time powerful. To be a functioning adult in society do you need to cast away all your childishness? In other words, is it still okay to have fun? To be silly? Even if that's not what society expects from you. Heartwarming and mysterious.

I feel like there were a lot of hidden meaning in this manhwa. Its is indeed very deep and leaves you with kind of a sad feeling but it was probably one of the best things I've read so far. I haven't read anything like this before. Its take on the real world is really on point and you don't get to see that in a lot of stories. The art was fabulous I mean REALLY, it was so weird and out of the norm I loved it. I would recommend the to everyone. I believe everyone at some point in their lives can relate to this story and the feelings behind it.

Makes me want to believe in magic

I like this series because even thou one of the main characters is trying to convince you to believe in magic like a child would: the story itself is realistic and tries to teach a valuable lesson.
The characters, their emotions and their actions don't feel fake, over the top or simply ridiculous.
Even thou we have the usual: poor girl, rich guy, murmuring students and a 'magical/unbelievable guy; none of them feel cliched- plus within these 27 chapters you can get to know more about the characters than you would after 10 volumes in the usual shojou manga.
Anyway, I would recommend this story to anyone looking for a realistic story with a magical touch.
Also, even thou the genre list includes romance, the story doesn't dwell to much on the characters romantic feelings; so if you want romance this is probably not for you.

Good closure and beautiful

I started reading this (however long ago...?) because the art struck me. No matter how often I read it, the art was still amazing. Captivating and interesting. All of the metaphor with Ill Dung and his head and his house was brilliantly done (ahhh that diamond tipped place always cracked me up). It was sometimes very harsh, bleak, in order to fit with Ah-ee's life, but then it was also amazingly beautiful. Not only the art (again, awesome), but the message. Her slowly growing desire to be herself, no matter what sort of person that might seem to be to outsiders.

I loved the ending. I won't do spoilers, but I just wanted to say, I loved it. It was perfect. So...

What is a real magician?

I finished this story in one sitting, and it was amazing to read. The harsh realities of society are not a new subject, but the way in which the author told the story was so unique and touching. I think what got me the most was the art style. It was not typical and flowery, but it still pleasing to look at. The sparing use of color also set the mood very well. I don't understand why some people complain that the symbolism is too obvious and therefore pointless. I felt that it really steered my emotions while reading it, and it was definitely refreshing to see, since most manga/manhwa don't use such artistic choices.

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
In regard to Minhyuk not being a real magician in the end, I doubt the author intended for the term "real magician" to be taken literally. It was shown very clearly that his magic tricks are just tricks. I personally think it means that he was not fake like the rest of society, following a set path because it's expected of you and it will make you "successful." Plus, he's so good looking, even I want to say he's a real magician.
