Hi, im looking for some good sports based Manga/Manhwa/Manhua, it can have any genres (except in the dont want section) anyways heres some that might give you a better idea at the type im looking for.

Baby Steps - tennis
W's - tennis
Umisho - swimming
Frogman - swimming
Cross Over - basketball
Beach Stars - beach volleyball
Katsu! - boxing

Want:
Comedy - not so much that it becomes a gag manga
Light Romance - as a subplot

Sports - prefer Tennis, Boxing, Swimming and Basketball

There is also eyeshield 21 but its completely ridiculous so don't expect any realism

Also while hajime is really long its actually a pretty smooth ride. Lots of interactions with amusing side characters, and lots of big fights to distract away from how slow the plot is.

Rising Impact - golf and it's a quite good series
Kurogane (IKEZAWA Haruto) - kendo

Let's see - How about Kanojoiro no Kanojo (second female main character is into free-fighting and seriously aims to be a champion; the romantic aspects are quite likeable), All Rounder Meguru (a seinen manga about mixed martial arts, with pretty well placed jokes along the rather serious storyline), Sorairo Ageha (Shoujo, but - Well, it's about tennis ...) or Bushidou Sixteen (Kendo is the main aspect, but I think, it's worth a read)?

Since you liked Katsu! you should read more of Adachi Mitsuru's works like H2 and Rough.
