My first anime is probably Sailormoon
And my first manga is B-Shock which i stumbled upon totally randomly by the "surprize me" of ONEMANGA (RIP :'( ) which turned out perfect and got me hooked to reading manga. It is really special for me.

First Anime i've ever watched would probably be Sailor moon. But this is strictly in the sense of FIRST one i've ever even seen, i've never actually watched it.

Code Geass was the first one i've ever watched online in quick succession, finishing the series in a few days.

Katekyo Hitman Reborn was the first manga i've ever read, because after i watched the anime i decided to read the manga.

The first time I was attracted to anime was when I watched Studio Ghibli's movie Spirited Away. After that, I hunted down all the anime movies I could find (Studio Ghibli and other Production companies).

Though i do remember as a child watching Captain Tsubasa on TV, but at the time i didn't even know that was a Japanese anime series.

First came my first anime: Pokémon. But I consider DBZ (which came on TV shortly after) as my "true" first anime.

Later on came my first manga (while searching for online DBZ episodes lol): Rurouni Kenshin

Anime: InuYasha? Sakura? Hunter x Hunter? Pokemon? I really don't know... orz I watched a lot of animes on TV when I was little.
Manga: ........ Fruits Basket, I think. If not, Ragnarok? Now that I think of it, it was Evangelion.

I'm really bad at remembering stuff.

First anime: either Sailor Moon or Digimon (this was before age 4)
First manga: Digimon, or if strictly counting the first manga I've read after learning the term, it would be Tokyo Mew Mew.

First anime was either Dragon Ball Z or Pokémon. Could have even been Tenchi muyo actually. One of those ones from that 90s boom, to be sure.

First manga? Shaman King. got it for my 14th birthday. Saved my life, if you'll pardon the ridiculous statement.
