Preferebly handsome/pretty ones.

White hair/black hair would be perfect too.

An example would be Raven from Hakushaku to Yousei

OR

Blackrose from .Hack.

Please name a few and attach a picture if possible. biggrin

I may need to clariy something.

By dark skin, I meant naturally tan characters. There's nothing wrong with African American characters, but they aren't necessarily what I'm looking for.

Saitou Chiho seems to have some kind of fetish for ambiguously dark-skinned, ridiculously pretty men, because they appear in almost every single one of her works. Some notable characters are her version of Pushkin (yes, this guy) in Bronze no Tenshi, Sagitto in Waltz wa Shiroi Dress de, and all the scariest people in Revolutionary Girl Utena.

Edit: I know there is a Meine Liebe manga which is quite different. I would definitely recommend the anime more. They were both based on a dating sim game for girls.
