Aigan Shounen! Never read it, since the very idea and the alleged inclusion of torture kind of freaks me out, but I know that it qualifies.

Floating Garden is also what you're looking for - I prefer it since it's less cruel/violent/weird than the previous rec is purported to be. Lovely art, too.

Can't forget Tori Maia's fabulous if too-willowy sadomasochistic men... This is some hardcore stuff, so don't read it unless you can stand explicit, often painful and sometimes near-gory S&M. Again, it kind of freaked me out so I back-pedaled immediately after starting, but I have to admit that out of what I read, the psychology of the ukes' slavery was very well-developed. I mean, it went way beyond the smut... It was actually kind of deep. I think. (Can't really remember now, the memory's vague.) It seems like all her work has slave ukes in it (and the occasional slave seme!), but the one I remember, albeit vaguely, is Hoshi no Yakata.

Black Sun has a captured slave by historical conquest - just what you're looking for. Kind of zany despite the gorgeously detailed art, and the smut is just ridiculously unbelievable, but hey... It qualifies. And somehow it's still hot. Really hot. I wondered what was wrong with me, finding it as hot as I did... Lol. Way to discover an unexpected public humiliation kink... o_O;

And if you don't mind bara/muscled guys, then Partners is excellent. Despite my fear of violence, this is somehow... beautifully, tenderly and realistically done, idk, it didn't squick me like I thought it would. There was actual LOVE in a lot of the S&M, if you know what I mean, which is perhaps what made it palatable to me. Sometimes it was even downright sweet, despite these huge guys going at it with leather restraints and stuff... *_* The gritty, almost photographic realism might be a turn-off for some, but I thought the art was among the best I've ever seen. Why don't more yaoi mangakas draw like this?

Marginal has slavery in it (complete with slave markets) and is STUNNING, seriously you cannot miss this if you like any sort of depth in your manga. Not sure if it's BL though... The protagonist is technically a hermaphrodite, so there ya go. No graphic sex whatsoever, just shadowed/off-screen implications, but I kind of prefer it that way. Very, very lovely and unmissable.

Closed Flower, Enslaved By the Dragon and The Aluria Chronicles are slave-uke stories that are licensed but that I haven't read.

You totally need to read Zaria's smutty one-shots. Slave ukes everywhere and incredibly hot, with pretty but realistic art.

The Gospel is a bizarre but powerful tragedy of sorts... A slave uke definitely, although he does briefly enslave someone else.

... Aaaand... that's all I can think of right now. Enjoy!

Seriously? I thought the art was bad. Especially the drawing of the muscles. Not well defined at all. :X
