Comedy romance preferably. Well...i doubt anything non comedy would have tsundere female character but really, anything goes as long as the art is nice and its not too dramatic on the romance part (if any). Too bad tsundere is not a genre in manga

how about Yandere Kanojo?
The title is misleading though
a Romance Comedy with heavy emphasis on Comedy anyway
edit:
remembered some more
Ginban Kaleidoscope
Lock On!
Mayoi Neko Overrun!

Kinkyori Renai.
It may be too dramatic on the romance part though. D:
I don't think so, but maybe it is. xD

There you would be wrong. Freezing's main female character is rather Tsundere, and it's hardly in the comedy category.

Perhaps, but that is what the "categories" feature is for. Click on it (look to the right), and find the tag "Tsundere", and see what titles have been tagged, or any other category you might be interested in.
That's just for future reference.
For now, I recommend Toradora! and Zero no Tsukaima. I haven't read the latter myself, but it fits your critera I suppose.
Shakugan no Shana too.
These 3 have anime's as well if you're interested.
