I cannot say about the Manga as I have been unable to find it.

Tenchimuyou! GXP fits the topic pretty well but...
Seitokai no Ichizon doesn't fit the topic, I'm NOT looking for someone who is looking for a harem; but someone who gets one in the end.
To-Love-Ru doesn't fit the topic because...
Don't know about Umi No Misaki but it is possible those women will decide to share him what being raised to follow his whims and all.
Started to read IO hope it's on topic.
Please add more but please make sure you're on topic before you add.

P.S. I don't want the females to agree to be a family or close but to share the male romantically.

I made a similar thread about a wife and mistress, but it seems mangas like these are rare.

Well how about Gamble Fish? This guy has the biggest harem ever. And Mouse fits too
