Second romance request of the day! Lol, I'm such a romance junkie... laugh

I'm looking for a romance manga where the two lovers are so fiercely devoted to each other that they withstand many obstacles to stay together, despite the entire world being against them.

Maybe people are against them for political reasons (e.g. they're from opposing countries/factions), financial reasons (e.g. parents want to arrange a marriage to someone else who is more financially advantageous), social reasons (e.g. their relationship is a social taboo) or personal reasons (e.g. jealousy), but a great many people ARE against them, and the couple has to withstand some pretty harsh slander, gossip or even actual attempts to break them up.

They should REMAIN FAITHFUL to each other despite everything! Even if they occasionally feel insecure, they should never betray their relationship or really doubt each other's love. And they should NEVER give up on each other, no matter what happens. Even if their closest friends/families are against them, they have a "screw you" approach to any opposition - they're staying together, come hell or high water!

Recommendations like that, please! smile

Any genre is fine. Except hentai, of course.

I Love My Little Sister -- incest
Princess -- social/political (maid's daughter + prince for the main pair, though there's a bajillion others)
Hua Qian -- political
Global Garden -- errr... personal, I guess.

I like these stories, too.

Lady Mitsuko - One of my favorites. She's Japanese, he's an Austrian ambassador and of an aristocratic family. It's the late 19th century. They face all of the obstacles associated with those things, but remain faithful and deeply in love until the end.
Together We Are Drenched In Sin - Another incest story. I REALLY LIKE IT.
Shiroi Heya no Futari - They're lesbians. They're in an all-girls Catholic boarding school in France. Somehow, this is a problem.
Switch (Mochizuki Karin) - A good student-teacher romance. They're faced with obstacles because their relationship is kind of illegal.
Emma would count, too.

Thank you all!

@akari_mizunashi, as usual, you have my heart. <3

"Somehow, this is a problem" and "... kind of illegal." I don't know why those phrases made me LOL, but they did! laugh

Some yaoi recommendations:

Transfigured Night, 2nd story - they actually even KILL to stay together. O____O;
This Love is a Secret - another (sweeter) master-servant story.
