Gamaran - the kid is a sword prodigy
Crows, Beelzebub - delinquents, Crows has older art.
Kongoh Bancho - super strong main character. Most of the characters are pretty damn strong.
Luck Stealer - he's an assassin who, well, steals peoples luck.
Medaka Box - main girl is all around powerful
New Prince of Tennis - main guy is a tennis prodigy
Tiji-kun! - martial artist
Wolf Guy - Ookami no Monshou - mature, but the werewolf is hella strong
Rurouni Kenshin - swords
Tokyo Crazy Paradise - main girl is strong, she's a bodyguard for yakuza boss
Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro - main guy is a powerful demon

Zero - 'mature' manga. So tons of fanservice here.
Zero: Circle of Flow - sequel to Zero
Blue Dragon - Ral Grado - story, not so much. But he is strong, and tons of fanservice.
Vampire Juujikai - one of my most favorite manga. Incredibly strong, no fanservice, and made by the mangaka of Spiral
