so i want a manga where the male lead looks like a pushover but is actually super strong or something along those lines. Shounen/seinen only.

But these seven that I can think of are kinda iffy, and for the most part all fantasy and not martial art based.

Hoshi no Samidare
I think the first one fits your criteria a bit there. and as for Hoshi . . . he doesn't start out strong but he becomes extremely powerful through some awesome character development.
