Yeah. I'd like a manga where the main character is the bad guy. preferably something where the main character starts off good, or something so that your sympathies at least start off with them.

Something like Death Note would be good, because even though the main character was evil, the story was still all about him. Though more romance would be nice.

Or even something like Flowers of Evil, where

Edit: Also, something like Kuroshitsuji would work, where the main character isn't necessarily evil, but his morals have been corrupted.

I think the male MC of Shin Angyo Onshi is somewhat like this. And one of the two brothers in Sidooh as well.

check out the anime too, the manga and anime differ some. I'm generally always manga or nothing but not in this case.

AIKI - Main character has corrupted morals. xD
Kyou kara Ore wa - Mitsuhashi is very evil, brilliant manga for laughs.
I second Kurosagi, though lately it has become a bit too repetitive.
Holyland - I think it fits, although he stays good, he sometimes snaps.
Akumetsu - BRILLIANT manga, you can say that the evilness of akumetsu is close to the evilness of Kira, however, he isn't going SO over the top.
Zippy Ziggy - he's SO CORRUPT, OWMYGODZ
Ichi the Killer - brutal manga, with not evil but certainly wicked main character.
Alive! - well, the main character killed his family ^^
Code Breaker - evil in a way of Akumetsu and Kira

Here ya go, seems we like similar things.
