Though I don't believe he has a "cold aura".
Noblesse doesn't fit because the hacker doesn't appear until way later in the story and he's a minor character.

It's funny, cause when I read the title of this post, I was going to suggest Cat Street . . . 
Anyway, other than that, I'd say Ouran High School Host Club. One of the main characters (this guy) is very much a computer geek, but he's also very popular and well admired.

Have you even read Host Club? Kyoya has a cool attitude, but he's in no way a computer geek.

Of course I've read it. I wouldn't know about it if I hadn't. And he's pretty geeky as far as I'm concerned. He's the only one out of all of them who regularly uses technology, and he's very OCD, and he's always keeping track of everything. Maybe he isn't a computer genius, but to me, he has all the qualities of a geek.
