so recently i watched fast five and its somehow really exciting how the team was formed by choosing all the people who got something special they are good at.
then there also is the ocean series. you know ocean 11 or 12...
i want a manga like that.

I second One Piece, especially at the beginning.
The Legend of Sun Knight / The Legend of Sun Knight (Novel) - for the twelve main knights, in a silly way. Each knight must have a certain personality/appearance/skills. For example, the Sun Knight is supposed to have sky blue eyes and shining golden hair, and the protagonist suspects that he was chosen for the role simply because his hair was blonder than the others'.
Ashita no Ousama maybe.
Glass Mask, especially in the latest arc.
Noblesse - not exactly a team, but talented people gather around the protagonist.

maybe Jormungand though the team is already formed at the beginning of the manga, as the story progresses they show each member past and how they ended up in the team
oh and Houshin Engi main character searches for strong allies to fight the villain

This may be a weak suggestion, but Ghost Hunt? I don't know how the manga develops, but that's how it's shown in the anime. 
Oh! And House of Five Leaves has this Ocean's 11-esque feel... only with 5 members... not eleven.

actually i want it more like
"hey we need a guy like this to... and a guy like this who can...."
type of searching for teammates
so one piece and trace do fit
i want them to really try to find that person and not just act random like, "wow u r strong, join my team"

In that case, Enigma is good. Though rather than "chosen", it's more like "kidnapped". >.>; But yeah, each person has a special ability, and they each play an important role in the team.
Hmm, I think Eyeshield 21 also counts.

Then I think Eyeshield 21 fits very well indeed. In Sekirei the guy also "collects" the team of girl fighters.
