I don't know about number 1..but for part 2- Definitely Hot Blooded Woman ( i know the title is weird..but it's really good), Special A, skip beat, and claymore-the best ones i read so far...Kokyou debut was pretty good too

About number 2, I suggest C-Blossom.. The female lead in there, isn't exactly a wuss.. It's a great manga, though only one chapter is scanlated..

as for number one... Love Celeb is a very common manga... be a bit specific? >_> Or you can read Mayu Shinjo works due to the fact that same author similar style~

i have read special a and power and they were great i also read five i didnt like it and whats wrong with their lips?iam gonna try looking for love sos thank you and kikan phase i just cant find it online , hot blooded woman seems very good i will try it and i already read claymore but kokou debut it annoyed me deeply i felt sorry for the heroine the hole time c-blossom seems good i will wait for the rest of the chapters ,
it dont have to be the same mangaka for love celeb just something like an enocent dense girl (but unlike love celeb i want her to be strong and have some will power )and a guy like gin who is cute and powerful
