I want a male protagonist who is a player. I've looked, but it seems to be in short supply.
He can simply love messing around and not want to get serious, so jumps ship whenever things get serious, or does everything he can to stop it from getting serious.
Or he can just be bouncing from person to person whilst trying to find The one!, I don't mind.

I like angst, but only if it is a situation worthy of angst, a bad hair day does not qualify. I also like slow developing romance and long mangas (I read a lot).

I would prefer the manga to be from the male's viewpoint and it doesn't need to have a happy ending. In fact, it might be preferable if it didn't.

What I don't want
no ecchi or hentai but other genres are ok.
I would prefer drama to comedy, but comedy is ok if it is done well.

Thanking you in advance!

1/2 Prince / 1/2 Prince (Novel) - female, but quite male in-game. He falls under the "likes messing around and doesn't want to get serious" category.

You should see what happens when he learns to French kiss.

Thanks guys!

I'll check them out.
I would love any more suggestions, especially from the male's viewpoint.

Thanks.
