Looking for a possessive male lead with a strong/cold female lead manga. I've seen a lot of manga with possessive male leads but the female lead was like so weak and she needed to be always protected. like the manga love celeb seriously? no offense okay, I like shinjo mayu's manga cuz most of it is smut (smut lover O/////O)... I thought it would be okay but when I continue reading it I was like.. O.o.. Spoiler (mouse over to view) She had sex to just protect her boyfriend as he is the so called "future Prime minister of Japan I don't like those kind of manga..
hmmm... stroke material the female lead is strong and the male lead is possessive something like that.. 100% perfect girl another one Spoiler (mouse over to view) though the guy always need to protect her but its becaause she's in real great danger Kaichou wa maid-sama Usui is pretty Possessive over Misaki too O////O
Note: Currently looking for shoujo but shounen is acceptable too..
Note 2: For now I guess no one shots I wanted to read at least more than 1-2 volumes.
Note 3: NO YAOI/YURI/SHOUJO AI/SHOUNEN AI.... ETC....
thanksplease check my list to avoid recommending mangas that i've read before ir I'm planning to read in the future.

I don't think it was on your lists. She is weak at first, but considering her circumstances I suppose that it's rather understandable. It changes quickly.
This is really one of my personal favorites.

Inu x Boku SS passes itself off as a shounen but its actually a great mix between both shounen and shoujo just like the mangaka's other works
And there's another one that I can't remember its name but I remember what its about
Its about a girl in highschool who lived in the mountains all her life and was trained to use the power of words to combat spirits and the like and she has a familiar of sorts that's a fire dog or something like that and takes the form of a guy around her age to uh... be in love? (girl is overpowered and the guy is overpowered and VERY possessive)
Shame I don't remember its name though =l

Im pretty sure its Joousama no Inu, quite good.

Platina The female lead is pretty cold, and i love how expressionless she is. But the guy still thinks shes deliciate, even though she is pretty stong. Although i dont think hes that "possessive". Sorry.. but I think you might like it. Its cute!
And then maybe Rure I havent gotten too far in it yet, but the female isn't really "cold", but it seems she can be strong. And the guy, well I think he's kinda "possessive". =)

The character is so cool that everyone like her even though she is disguised as a boy...Then the King doesn't wanna let her go..... She's cold and at the same time as beautiful as the flame( as she was described in the manga)... And she's unbelievably smart and strong... Don't give it up until Chapter 3...
