The first two are detective manga (both good). The third is a novel, not strictly detective but the most awesome mystery/supernatural story I came across. The fourth is cute and nice. The latter is less interesting but still worth a mention.

Maybe Detective Conan? The cases are good for deduction and the plot isn't very tight so you can pick any chapter to read just to see Conan's detective skills.
