Spontanously, maybe Strobe Edge, Ao Haru Ride or Watashi no Koibito by SAKISAKA Io? Also, you could give Hirunaka no Ryuusei, Mashikaku Rock, Principal or Yume Miru Taiyou a try. =)

Have you tried reading Kimi ni Todoke or Namida Usagi - Seifuku no Kataomoi ? I think these two manga fit your innocent and sweet character description. (:

If you don't mind it being girl+girl, Lonely Wolf Lonely Sheep is really tender (yuri is actually the way to go if you like sweetness).

Well, I'd rather they were guy and girl.
In the mangas (which I've read) is rare that both (girl and guy) are sweet, so I'm looking for such stories with such characters..
