I sort of remember a scene where the guy saw a girl. The guy is cute/girly/feminine so when the girl saw the guy looking at her. She smiles back and then walks away while muttering something like "Oh please, I'm much cuter than you..."

I think it's not on the shoujo/josei/yaoi side if my memory serves me right. And I'm having doubts if it's a gender bender or not...
Also I think the place where the scene occurred was in the train station. And thinking about it, the girl might be a guy too...

I do hope you'll be able to tell me from what manga it is...
