I've looked at other forums, but almost all of the responses aren't exactly what I'm looking for.... I want the main characters to be JUST FRIENDS, but very close ones. I don't mind romance, as long as it is not between the two friends and does not harm their friendship. I don't mind if there are situations where the characters are so close that they get mistaken for a couple, though. I also don't care what gender the two friends are... It could be boy x boy, boy x girl, or girl x girl. No hentai or ecchi please! Dorohedoro. - both the protagonists and antagonists have great platonic relationship. have sketchy art and plentiful gore though. Kyou Kara Ore Wa - very close friends, willing to go to great lenghts for each other. the last event is the best. Gangsta - this i quite new, so i dont know how close they are. but pretty good, i think. you know what, I am quite surprised i cant find more! most of the relationships have romantic tone, or they have different levels, like servant/master, savior/victim, employer/employee etc.
