Hello!
I'm looking for a josei manga with strong male bonds. The bonds can be any type of relationship with undertones of homosexuality but, they aren't romantically involved. The best examples I can think of would be:
Makai Ouji: Devils and Realist
Azrael’s Edge

Some recommendations:
07-Ghost - loves to tease but it seems to be going to a hetero relationship~
Wild Adapter - Pretty interesting. Use to be in a BL magazine but it got bumped off into a josei magazine since it doesn't show anything besides brotherly love trololol...
Saiyuki Gaiden - The regular series (shounen) itself has some undertones of homosexuality. Honestly, I prefer the gaiden since it is pretty well developed as a whole 
Sakamichi no Apollon - screams brotherly love though it's nothing more than that. Love-lines are awesome.

A lot of manga in Comic-zero Sum feature strong male bonds/broship.
*adds to the list*
Karneval
Chronos Deep - Had a short run, so I don't think this was developed properly.
Izayakaku - Well, master and follower relationship... (Belated edit: Aaagh. I was thinking of another manga!! Sorry.. >_< No demon no demon!)
Mahoutsukai no Neko - Never read this, but this has a twin sibling + master and pet relationship.
Saiyuki Reload - Sequel to Gaiden
Shounen Hakaryuudo - Never read, but the tag say "bromance". Can't be wrong there.
Tenkyuugi - Sephirahnatus - Contains male bondship. Not quite bro, but friendship is an important theme here.
Sword Dancer - Dance partners.

There is a lot of bromance in all incarnations of Saiyuki and everything except this first one seems to be labeled as josei. And Makai Ishi Mephisto seems to be heading this way. Probably.

I know a lot more manga that includes male bonding, but the rest aren't josei....

Lol @ person who thinks Nezumi and Sion (No.6) aren't romantically involved.
Pandora Hearts - Fits to a T. Oz and Gil's relationship is really sweet. And heart breaking.
Ilegenes - Kokuyou no Kiseki - ...BARELY. They're totally platonic, if you consider straddling someone down with handcuffs and legs entangled to prevent them from leaving hetero enough.
7 Seeds - Horror shoujo; more josei imo. The male relationships are stronger and more developed than male-female. Which is stupid. You read about this beautiful bromance (?) and then suddenly one is paired up with a girl in a totally shallow relationship, and it's like--dafuq?
Game x Rush
I second Karneval, Saiyuki, and K.
Homra is such a beautiful family. /sob Those relationships are het, but watch out for the main story line, which is filled with homo.
Yeah, no, sorry, I can't take 07 Ghost seriously as an example unless you're only referring to Mikage and Teito. Frau and Teito, on the other hand, is like on the Kuroshitsuji level of gaaay. I mean come on. Frau watches him sleep. Writhing in desire (for his soul, but nonetheless). Capella is like their baby.
Nabari no Ou barely fits, too. Way too homo. ...sort of, since Yoite is neither male nor female. It's romantic (without the 'ilu'), but not sexual because Yoite is much too fragile. In the dying sort of way. I'd still read it, but it's not what you're looking for.

Bokura no Kiseki >>> though it's not only male bonding
Akaya Akashiya Ayakashi no >>> adapted from BL game but the yaoi-ness is never showed in manga.
Amatsuki >>> i think the bonding it's quite strong and not in sexual way. it even could get the memories back when the MC's friend forgot about him.
Haigakura >>> it has many bondings so i don't mention it. no, not in sexual way
most Takayama Shinobu's works are male bonding, some place between BL and Bromance
 .
Mr. Morning is quite good~ and i love it.

Just a note sometimes they don't say josei, but the ones below give the same sort of feeling as you get in the examples you gave so I decided to put them anyways, even though they aren't josei according to baka:
