Berserk Probably the best revenge themed manga.
Ubel Blatt I don't like it but has a large fandom
Vinland Saga Starting is all about it though revenge isn't the main theme

Hunter x Hunter has a charcter thatis particularly revenge driven
Kurosagi
Otogi Zoshi
Rurouni Kenshin
Dogs (the one volume prelude to bullet and carnage, it has the most about revenge, but has a fair amount of it in bullet and carnage, (the main manga) as well...just different characters)
