can't believe noone listed heroine shikkaku yet. It's the only shoujo that is actually interesting, with both its hilarity and original approach to youthful romance, at least for me.

Hot Blooded Woman
Although it isn't Shoujo, it is one of the few shounins I do red and it has very funny moments, especially in the first few hundred chapters. Noblesse.
