I'm looking for yaoi mangas that take place mostly in a restaurant or cafe, or generally have a "food" theme, so far I've read:
- Dolce
- Cafe relish ni oide
- Antique bakery (I'm referring to the doujins in this case)

Let's see, first restaurants

* Kuimonodokoro Akira by YAMASHITA Tomoko- One of my all-time faourites, that I can recommend without any hesitation. It has a realistic feel to it and the characters are well-created in my eyes, because their behaviour is never out of line or inconsistent. ^^

* Konya wa Take-out nite is set up in the fast-food business and offers nice artwork, but the storyline might be a bit unusual to follow. Anyways, I was fine with the way it was different from your usual settings.

* Sorenari ni Shinken nandesu. - One character works as a waiter in a restaurant.

* Tsuki ni Ichido no Omeshi Agari - Again nice to look at drawings and this time also a storyline including restaurants, because the characters meet regularly up to eat together in the beginning. The atmosphere while eating is quite well-created.

* Nichijousahan Bi - Beautiful Life - Just yesterday I wrote a comment about this, so more about this in that.

Cafe's:

* Dear Green - One of the characters is opening a cafe.

Dolce and Antique Bakery are two of my favorites, as well as some listed by Yankee-chan.

Tenshi no Tamagoryouri, Kekkon Dekinai Otokotachi, and Sunao ni Narenai Otokotachi are centered around the restaurant Felino Felice

Ubawareru Koto Marugoto Zenbu - the seme works in a restaurant but is not really set there. Suki Toiunoni Nazekashira, the sequel about another couple, is more in the restaurant.

Mukuchi na Koi no Tsutaekata

Umaimon Kuwasero! - rival chefs, by NITTA Youka

Gokuraku Cafe - shounen-ai

Toiki Yori mo Yasashii - several scenes in a cafe

Secret Connection - ramen shop

Hand Which, in the third story a street stall owner feeds a 'stray'

"Love and Reticence (Ai to Chinmoku)", very good short in Yokubou Shounen

Tiger & Bunny dj - Toraoji Cafe and Tiger & Bunny dj - Usa Tora Cafe, fun doujinshi by KODAKA Kazuma

These are set in a bar:
Signal
Sex Therapist

I just want to say Aymaan143, that I appreciate the distinction you made between Antique Bakery and the doujins. IMO Antique Bakery is not yaoi, because there is no romantic or sexual relationship between the principal characters, although it often is called yaoi or at the least shounen-ai.

^ I'm gonna enjoy reading these, arigatou~

And yeah I noticed a lot of people calling AB a "yaoi", but the only BL aspect in it is Ono, and that wasn't really the main theme of the manga. A lot of mangas that incorporate bromance and such are called yaoi, even though there's no BL in it, there's a fine line between being bros and engaging in intercourse bigrazz
