So as the topic says destructive characters, I want to see-
them destroying because they are fighting crime or because they want to see someone or want something.

The best example that I can think of is the sequel of 1/2 Prince (Novel) , the kids in the last two parts show what I want a bit, even there is a quote that shows how dangerous they are, "Have I created the world’s two most dangerous weapons?" and about one of the kid's mother, “Well, your mother’s ability has already crossed into the non-human realm, thus it is out of my understanding.”

The only thing I don't want is ecchi and stuff not translated, all other genres are okay.

K (anime) sounds like a fit from what I can understand from your description. The character in question would be Suoh Mikoto.

Kuroshitsuji - I'm not sure if this is the feel you want, but Ciel can be utterly ruthless sometimes. Thing is, he doesn't really do much himself, but he is the one giving the orders. The circus arc (chapters 24 - 36) is where most of the destruction occurs. Just a warning: it's a particularly disturbing arc, more so than the others so far. I think that one of the last chapters in that arc (Chapter 33) featuring the Phantomhive servants is the best fit for what you want.

And... hmm, Pandora Hearts, perhaps? Break or Vincent might fit.

I'm not entirely sure what you're looking for, but check out these anime/manga to see if they match. Either way, these are awesome series that I definitely recommend.

Can't think of anything atm... but where did you find the sequel!? If I remember correctly Yu Wo didn't have it on her site, despite that she posts up all her novels after they are completed.

What do you count as "destructive"? It's kinda vague, like do you want some sort of mass aoe attack, a character who goes berserk, or? Honestly, with just destructive, I highly suspect half of the whole shounen genre to fit. If you liked the 1/2 Prince sequel, even though I never read it, you might like other Yu Wo novels. She tends to mix and match her settings, and in fact 1/2 Prince turned out to be prequel to GOD and Kill No More.

Are you looking for characters that create a lot of collateral damage? That's what it seems to me.

Yami no Matsuei - Tsuzuki is always getting in trouble with his superiors for destroying property after he lets his shikigami loose.

Second Tiger & Bunny, poor Kotetsu is the same as Tsuzuki.

As has been said, any shounen fighting manga or anime, there is always massive damage to the surroundings.
