A little more details would be nice ....
By mutual stalker shoujo do you mean two people were stalking each other? Or it was a romance where someone was stalking the person they love and said person also loved the stalker? Or maybe two people that had the same stalker?

They live in the same apartment complex and the story is told from the heroine's POV. I don't remember much more than that.
