[m] Mondaijitachi ga Isekai Kara Kuru Sou Desu yo [/m]
I want a manga like this one, where basically people from different backgrounds are gathered together (need not be overpowered) that grow and develop their base, set in a world with magic... I like underdogs, so that would be very nice too

Hunter x Hunter though they travel around a lot and dont really have a base. though i would try one of the animes the manga scanalations are not the best
Legend of the Sun Knight maybe? but it starts when they have already met each other but otherwise it fits, though the manhwa is not very far along in the novel yet.
Noragami though it has a little more slice of life then the others do its still really good.
Tower of God also works well but you probably already heard of that one
ill also second Tsubasa

Erementar Gerad -not exactly magic, people can turn into weapons that are powerful. they travel around a lot in this one
Monster Hunter Orage short but pretty funny, again not exactly magic, it has a fantasy world though
InuYasha is also a really good one if you have not read or watched it even if it kind of old
also even though it is not completed ill second 1/2 Prince, its written by the same person that does Legend of the Sun Knight.

Same author as 1/2 prince and Legend of the Sun Knight. Though the manga is extremely rushed and confusing in general. So if you are interested, just stick to the LN translation is the best bet.
