1.I would like to read a unrealistic hand to hand combat. So no powers like shooting things out of their hand or magic. Also i'd like it to be more unrealistic.

The Breaker & its sequel The Breaker: New Waves
Girls of the Wild's
2.(Edit) One more request. What manga made u go, "this will be great" after reading the first chapter. Idk if its me but I like to go back & read that 1 chapter.
Kuroko no basket
Nanatsu no taizai
Angel Densetsu
No yuri, yaoi, etc.

Hanma Baki One of the most popular martial arts franchises in japan. Great if you like unrealistic fighting. Think Hokuto no ken for the kind of fights. Check the various spin-offs/sequel/prequel too.
Change Guy After a few chapters of misleading its readers into thinking it's a fake Angel Densetsu comedy, it becomes a MA manga like you want
Kenji Starts rather realistic and then the MC starts to travel and learn some mystic cra.. I mean great martial moves. Decent if you can stand old art.
Tekken Chinmi and its various sequels. Not all is scanlated though.

Wouldn't it be simpler if you search for a manga by filtering supernatural and martial arts before asking people in the forum??

I'm pretty sure that filtering would also give you a whole bunch of stuff with "Kamehameha" in the mix. The OP specifically says "no powers like shooting things out of their hand or magic"
And jjmase03 does mention Kenichi.
