And the plot should be addicting
Few of my favourites are
7 Seeds
Basara
Gakuen Alice (second half)
Akatsuki no Yona..but if possible please avoid historical manga
Kamisama Kiss
Shinobi Life
Bokura No Kiseki

Mystery, Adventure, Romance but please no Yaoi/Yuri or Manhwa

Teru Teru x Shounen There's lots of plot twist an stuff in this one...
Koi Dano Ai Dano The characters are more addicting than the plot~ Whoops.. Its not adventure.. sorry >_<
Kanata Kara

Well, I'm back with some more~
Tsubasa Chronicle Although there are confusing parts...
Sky Shards Even though it's a oneshot... the plot was just so cute
Sable Prince There were some oblivious plot twists. XD
Otogimoyou Ayanishiki Same author as Kanata Kara.
Kieli
Hitomi - Tenkuu no Escaflowne
Dragon Knight
Chrno Crusade
Sora wa Akai Kawa no Hotori
Sailor Fuku ni Onegai! Maybe...
Ao no Fuuin Maybe..
Tokyo Crazy Paradise Maybe..
Destination Heaven Chronicles Maybe....
Aoki Umi no Torawarehime Maybe...
Grand Sun Maybe...
Seconding Immortal Rain/Meteor Methuselah

The "maybe"s mean that the story has some (not all) of what you're looking for, but are good so you should try.. All completed.. I might edit this post again if I feel like going through my reading list...

Yeah, mixing fantasy/shoujo genres will give you a lot of options. I second Kanata Kara (it's one of my favorites), and then in a similar vein there's Reimei no Arcana, Fruits Basket, and Ten no Ryuu Chi no Sakura.

On a completely different note, some stories that are more sports-related; Swan for instance, or perhaps Kanojoiro no Kanojo (less heavy on romance but that doesn't mean there isn't any).

Dengeki Daisy also comes to mind.

Akagami no Shirayukihime

Cheese in the Trap no fantasy but should still fit. but though its not exactly a manhwa, its still korean. its a webtoon

and maybe Natsume Yuujinchou, except its kind of interconnected episodic, but it still does have plot it just progresses pretty slow.
