Ive read a couple of short story books like Girlfriend, and more recently Happy-Go-Lucky Days 5
Ive noticed i really like mangas like these where its just a bunch of short stories by the same author(or even different authors)
Doesn't matter what genre to be honest, as long as they are short stories.

You seem to like shoujo-ai? Try Haru Natsu Aki Fuyu and there's also a bunch of short stories like that done by lilicious.
