I'm preferring a manga that is licensed in English and it defiantly has to be a romance. I'm tired of finding great manga that isn't 1) translated and 2) licensed, so I decided to take recommendations. My only restrictions is that it be boy x girl, girl POV, and purchasable in English. Other than that, you have free reign to do what you want. Thank You.

Are you looking more for comedy or more for drama...?
For drama, something like Bokura ga Ita, Mars, Millennium Snow, Hana Yori Dango
For comedy, something like Kimi wa Pet, Koukou Debut, Ouran High School Host Club, Beauty Pop

Basara - Incredible epic fantasy romance, the covers are gorgeous imo but some people don't like the art because it's really 90s-esque shoujo. It's amazing though especially the characters and the plot progression. Highly recommend this.
Kamisama Hajimemashita - Great fantasy romance. It's reminiscent of Inuyasha, but much more girlier
Sunadokei - It's about first love and growing up. It's not my most favorite but it reads at a pleasant pace and doesn't force too much on readers. One of the only ones I've read that shows the MCs growing up from kids to adults.
Strobe Edge - Decent romance by Sakisaka Io although the MC is grating and annoying I liked the story enough to keep reading it.

In order of recommendation:
Black Bird very lovey dovey. it's the first shoujo I bought completely
Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun is pretty adorable... they renamed it my little monster or something.
Nowadays school life romance + flowers~♥
Reimei no Arcana called Dawn of Arcana also pretty sweet too... it also has some pretty devoted guy angst.
Imadoki is the only one that I'm not sure if it's still on the shelves as I bought it 5+ years ago. Viz is still selling it though, so it shouldn't be out of print... the others are pretty much at any book store right now.
Edit: I just realized, Imadoki = Nowadays (there was trouble with the linking... they are the same)

I second Basara, Ouran High School Host Club, Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun, Mars, and Hana yori Dango.
I recommend in no particular order:
Emma A lovely Victorian romance manga.
Otoyomegatari By the same author as Emma and another lovely romance set in the Middle East.
Kimi ni Todoke An adorable high school romance manga.
Skip Beat! An intense manga about learning to love again set in entertainment industry. It's art has some ups and downs.
Nodame Cantabile A quirky romance manga between an eccentric pianist and a straight-laced conductor.

Beast Master is a cute and funny read. I believe it's complete at 3 volumes.
Alice in the Country of Clover - Cheshire Cat Waltz was pretty cute and kinda hot (slightly smutty kisses). I THINK it's enjoyable even if you don't read the previous series Alice in the Country of Hearts (it's not really a prequel, but more like a pre-spin-off since the series is based on a game). This manga made me really into "cat boys."
100% Perfect Girl and Can't Lose You are pretty good. I liked the former is more due to its "intensity," but I think the latter is nicely compact and even had a likable female antagonist. (They're not related series, but by the same author.)
