I'm looking for a manga that you found ESPECIALLY inspiring for you. Like, after reading it, you felt very motivated, positive and confident about reaching your current goal, whatever it might be. If you know a good sports manga with this kind of a feeling, that would be cool but other genres are alright too.

Just no shoujos please

Bakuman?

Maybe Beck would work too?

Edit:

I also second Baby Steps (below recommends). It's a good manga that doesn't beat around the bush and it's more realistic (a good slice of life-hard work and dedication).

Also Bakuman and Baby Steps are pretty much set in a modern reality. There's no tricks or supernatural things/powers which I assume is more of something you are going for. I don't remember anything fantasy going on for Beck either....

I second Bakuman and reccomend you to watch it rather than to read it.
Theres also Major. Its also adapted to an anime so watching is also an option.
Maybe Baby Steps and maybe Seiyuu Ka! (its shoujo if thats fine with you)

I'd say Onani Master Kurosawa or Saikyou Densetsu Kurosawa.

One I really enjoyed as a writer, but made me depressed while inspiring me is Baka ga Zenra de Yatte Kuru which is a short but amazing read.

Also, I'm really inspired by works about nature, like Suiiki, Kiss Wood or Jisatsutou which are very green and refreshing.

Similarly to Bakuman, there's Rin and maybe Hikaru No Go.

Lol @Katsono; Rin is linked to the wrong manga page.

Here it is: Rin (HAROLD Sakuishi)

It's similar to Bakuman in terms of the manga creation plot but I learned a lot about the world manga is created in through Bakuman.

Then, I'll Go First is a short one-shot that ended up on my all time favorites list. Why? Because it's short and sweet and it's highly inspiring. Especially for those suffering from depression or are always upset with the attitudes of strangers. It doesn't take long to read, so I highly recommend it!

Edit: uh I just saw you don't want to read any shoujo... hmm, this short one-shot feels more seinen. It isn't your typical bubbly, romance shoujo manga either, so why not give it a shot? If not, that's fine.

Uchuu Kyoudai is definitely what you're looking for.
it's about two brothers having the common dream since childhood to become astronauts. while the younger brother reachs this goal right from the start of the manga is the older one so far from his dream as he could be. read about how the older mutta manages to catch up to his brother hibito.

Hito Hitori Futari is a manga about the japanese prime minister and his guardian spirit trying to solve many crisis that currently plagued japan.

Koe no Katachi the oneshot is amazing and the series is good. It's a manga about a deaf girl and a boy who used to bully her but currently trying to set himself on a path of redemption.

And kudos to @Teanao for the amazing recomendation eyes
